At Lady Scooty Trainer (LST Delhi), we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all learner interactions. This policy applies from the date of booking and remains active throughout the training duration.
- The company holds the right to deduct either the booking fee (50% of the total fee) or pro-rata charges for sessions already conducted—whichever is higher—at the time of refund processing.
- We are not responsible for any refunds if the Trainee is unable to learn, as it is based on individual learning capabilities.
- If the Trainee fails to start the classes within 15 days of booking, the token amount paid will be non-refundable.
- If the Trainee cancels the class after it has started, no refund will be issued.
- If the Trainee reschedules the training class date more than twice and later requests a refund, no refund will be granted.
- Trainees are advised not to take leave for more than 1 day during the training. Any leaves beyond 1 day will be deducted from the remaining training sessions.
Refund & Cancellation Scenarios
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
✅ Full Refund Eligibility:
- Your training does not begin on the scheduled date and time.
- Your trainer does not report, and a replacement is not assigned within 48 hours.
🔄 Damage Responsibility Policy (During Training):
- If any damage occurs to the scooty during training due to the trainee, the trainee will be responsible for paying 50% of the repair cost.
- This policy is implemented to ensure accountability and proper care of training vehicles..
